At Starred, our mission is to give candidates a voice during the recruitment process. Starred is the category-leading solution to measure and analyse Candidate Experience. Our clients are innovative companies hiring at scale all over the world, including Roblox, Elastic, Robinhood, Brex, Coca-Cola, Deliveroo, and many more. That’s why we’re looking for an A-player for Sales Development at the start of their career.

This is the role with the steepest learning curve in a scaling tech company. You’ll play a vital role in building a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales environment which is known for its teamwork, technology, innovation, tight processes, and speed. In this role, you’ll make sure we find our way into the fastest growing companies on this planet.

Starred is known for their wondeful atmosphere. We're a young company with a team from over 10 different nationalities, who all love Dutch 'gezelligheid'. During the summer we regularly aboard the Starred ship for a boat trip in the Amsterdam canals.

  1. You have a powerful engine that allows you to always hit the gas. You have lots of energy, take initiative, and are super-productive. You know from experience that you don’t need an external motivator to keep on going.

  2.  You are a creative thinker and you can quickly find your way in the various systems we are using. We know exactly what characteristics our most successful clients have, and you make sure we are able to find more of these companies at scale.
  3.  You’re competitive and want to score. You regard targets that have been set as a minimum performance level. You have perseverance and grit. You know a sale often starts with ‘no’, so you don’t get disappointed. Your eagerness to score doesn’t hold you back. On the contrary: you’re fun to work with, and take joy in sharing successes. You’re accountable and work with integrity.
