We're looking for a Customer Support intern that helps our customers improving their People experience. Your job consists of day-to-day communication with our customers - international tech scale-ups like Elastic & Glovo and industry leaders such as Coca-Cola & Danone- and initiating various projects to improve our services and support to our customers.

Your Challenges as Intern Customer Support

Your job consists of day-to-day communication with our customers and initiating various projects to improve (the scalability of) our services and support to our customers. By closely working together with Customer Success, Sales and our Product team you’ll get the ultimate chance to understand what working in SaaS is all about. 

What we expect from you:

  • Handle online customer support (via Intercom)
  • Initiate projects to make our customer support more scalable
  • Research what product and support improvements enhance Starred's offering to our Candidate Experience and Employee experience customers.

Your Profile

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Solution-driven, with an eye for detail
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Proactive, flexible and able to manage time effectively
  • Start date: November 2020/negotiable

Our ideal candidate is currently a MSc student in Business Administration, Economics or HRM.
