Our clients are innovative companies hiring at scale all over the world, including Roblox, Elastic, Robinhood, Twilio, Coca-Cola, Deliveroo, Tinder and many more. We’re looking for an A-player who's ready for the next level.

You’ll play a vital role in building a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales environment which is known for its teamwork, technology, innovation, tight processes, and speed. Whilst being an ambassador for our solution, you're an expert regarding the solution and it features, legal and privacy matters, and commercial license terms. You orchestrate and execute the sales process and turn opportunities into deals.

Starred is known for its wonderful atmosphere. We're a young company with a team from over 10 different nationalities, whom all love Dutch 'gezelligheid'. During the summer we regularly board the Starred ship for a boat trip in the Amsterdam canals.

What you'll do in this role

  • End to end ownership of identifying, creating, developing, negotiating and closing high-value opportunities to Enterprise Clients
  • Own the entire commercial engagement from proposal development, pricing strategy, negotiation to closing
  • Will own accurate forecast and monthly and quarterly commit
  • Develop and grow Starred visibility and relationships across multiple levels within the customer organisation. Navigate through decision makers and influencers
  • Keep up-to-date records of Activities, Opportunities, and Accounts in HubSpot
  • Representing Starred at (online) events, and be an advocate for Candidate Experience

The most important thing you'll bring is the right character to be successful in this role

  1. You have a powerful engine that allows you to always hit the gas. You have lots of energy, take initiative, and are super-productive. You know from experience that you don’t need an external motivator to keep on going.

  2. You are keen on mastering the ins and outs of the solution, as well as the privacy, legal and commercial aspects and have the ability to collaborate across different functions to seal the deal, both internally and externally, including: Product, Talent Acquisition, Customer Success, Marketing, Compliance, Procurement & Legal.
  3. You have at least 3 years of closing experience in a Sales hunter-role selling B2B cloud-software and consistently achieving great results.
  4. You have relevant knowledge of SaaS, and integrations, ideally in HR-tech. SSO, API, Data-Processing, GDPR, DPA, ATS, SQLs, ACV, ICP is familiar lingo to you.
